Project narrative

On August 12, 2008, the Chinese embassy donated more than 1 thousand books, magazines and CDs to the library of Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP). This donation came on the same day that the Chinese government announced 54 winners of Chinese government scholarships (Record ID#32458).
