Project narrative

On March 1, 2003 Chinese Ambassdor to Myanmar Li Jinjun handed over a donation of 12,000 USD to Myanmar's Central Committee for Drug Abuse Control chairman Tin Hlaing to establish a training school for poppy substitute crops and livestock breeding in the Kokang region.
