Description

In May 2007 during the Ivorian Foreign Minister's visit to Beijing, the Chinese government signed a 10 million EUR grant agreement for unspecified projects. It is unclear whether these funds were ever disbursed. Officials also signed a 1 million EUR interest-free agreement (#709) and cancelled 180 million RMB of sovereign debt (#20244).
