Chinese Government provides grant for New Century Career Training Institute Construction Project (linked to #66986)

In 2000, the Chinese Government provided a $2.2 million grant to the Government of Ghana for the New Century Career Training Institute Construction Project. This project involved the construction of a vocational and technical training institute in Dansoman District within the capital city of Accra. China Gansu International Corporation for Economic and Technical Cooperation was the contractor responsible for implementation. Although the project was completed, its precise completion date is unknown. In 2013, the New Century Career Training Institute was expanded with support from another Chinese Government grant (captured in #66986).
