Description

On 31 December 2003, an Unspecified Chinese Government Institution loaned Morocco 40 Million RMB to help finance interest free loans for public work projects and public projects (see China grants Morocco 5m-yuan loan. & 摩洛哥与中国的经济关系(1999―――2003年)). The loan agreement was signed in Rabat, Morocco by the Moroccan Minister of Finance and Privatization, Fathallah Oulalou, and the Chinese Ambassador to Morocco, Mr Chang Tao (see China grants Morocco 5m-yuan loan).
