Description

On March 19, 2009, the Chinese Government and the Government of Morocco signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA), committing RMB 10 million of grant funding for unspecified purposes (see Chronologie des accords de coopération signés entre le Maroc et la Chine & 傅自应副部长会见摩洛哥工贸大臣、财政大臣和青体大臣). The agreement was signed by Chinese Vice-Minister of Commerce, Fu Ziying, and Morocco's Finance Minister, Salaheddine Mezouar (see China grants Morocco 1.5m US dollars for technological cooperation).
