Description

At the 2006 Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC), the Chinese Government pledged to train 300 Zimbabwe officials each year for the next three years (2007-2009). The total cost of all three of these annual programs is $5 million USD. According to a speech by the Chinese Ambassador to Zimbabwe, this training occured in China.
