Description

In 2011, the China Development Bank signed a $1.5 million loan agreement with the China Europe International Business School to help it build an “Africa Program” in Ghana. This program was designed to improve the management capabilities of African companies. The implementation status of this project is unknown. CEIBS was established under an agreement between the Chinese government and the European Commission in Shanghai in November 1994. It was the first business school in mainland China to offer a full-time MBA, an Executive MBA and a wide range of Executive Education program. CEIBS follows the European model of business schools and its MBA program has consistently ranked amongst the best in the world. In May 2009 CEIBS started an Executive MBA program in Ghana.
