Description

In 2006, China agreed to provide Ghana with a $3.75 million USD grant through an economic and technical cooperation agreement (ETCA). Minister of Finance and Economic Planning Yaw Osafo Maafo signed the agreement. It is unclear how the funds were used. This is connected to #1509 in a series of agreements signed at the same meeting between Wen Jiabao and Ghanaian President John Agyekum Kufuor. This project is most likely linked to project #85292, which captures a $3.75 million interest-free loan provided by China to Ghana in the same year.
