Description

On January 31, 2007, China National Petroleum Corp. (CNPC) President, Jiang Jiemin, signed an agreement with Sudan to spend $900,000 to help Sudan's Ministry of Energy and Mining train local oil professionals. The current status and start and end dates are unknown.In the same agreement, CNPC agreed to give a grant to Sudan's government (See Project ID#2401). This project is linked to #25032, which captures a similar CNPC and MEM agreement for oil training in 2006.
