Chinese Government provides a RMB 80 million interest-free loan - via a November 2009 ETCA - for unspecified projects (Linked to Project ID#57561)

On November 17, 2009, the Chinese Government and the Government of Sudan signed two Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreements (ETCAs) in which the Chinese Government committed RMB 80 million in grant funding (see linked project ID#57561) and a RMB 80 million interest-free loan (as captured by this project) to Sudan for unspecified purposes (see '中苏签订经济技术合作协定'; see monetary values at 'China and Sudan sign new oil, gas cooperation agreements'). On January 21, 2010, the Chinese Government and the Sudanese Government signed the bank account processing rules for the funds committed in these ETCAs (see '中苏签订经济技术合作协定').
