Chinese Government provides a $3 million USD interest-free loan for unspecified purposes

In 2000, the Chinese Government and the Government of Tunisia signed a $3 million USD interest-free loan agreement for unspecified purposes (see 'ChinaLoansToAfrica©SAIS-CARI.csv').
