Description

On December 20, 2012, the Minister of External Relations and the Chinese Ambassador to the Comoros signed an economic and technical cooperation agreement in the amount of 90 million Yuan Renminbi, or 5.4 billion francs Comorians. According to Ambassador Wang Leyou, this is “unrequited aid” that the Chinese government grants to the Comorian government. This money will be allocated to financing the projects selected by the two governments according to the development needs of the Comoros.
