Description
On May 16, 2013, the Chinese Government and the Government of Tunisia signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA), in which the Chinese Government committed a grant worth RMB 80 million (TND 20 million dinars) to Tunisia to finance a set of projects to be mutually-agreed upon by China and Tunisia at a later date (see 'China donates 20 MTD to Tunisia to finance development projects'). The Tunisian Government ratified this ETCA on September 18, 2013, via Decree n° 2013-3922. Tunisia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs was responsible for the implementation of this decree (see pg.2885 of 'Jort N° 080/2013 - Version Française').
