Description
On February 29, 2012, the Chinese Government and the Government of Tunisia signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA), in which the Chinese Government committed RMB 80 million (TND 19 million dinars) in grant funding to Tunisia for a set of projects to be defined at a later date. The Tunisian Ministry of Foreign Affairs was the Tunisian agency responsible for the execution of the agreement. The Tunisian Government ratified the agreement on July 10, 2012, via Decree n° 2012-783 (see pg.1667 of 'Jort N° 056/2012 - Version Française' and 'La Chine octroie un don de plus de 18 millions de dinars à la Tunisie').
