Description

Between 4 and 6 November 2006 during the Sino-African Summit in Beijing, Malian President Amadou Toumani Toure and Chinese President Hu Jintao witnessed the signing of five agreements including an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA) in which China granted 40 million RMB (approximately 3.635 million CFA) for unspecified purposes. The other agreement signed on the same day is captured in ETCA #30666.
