Description

On May 13, 2013, the Chinese Government announced that it would provide RMB 400 million (CFA 31.9 billion francs) in aid to Mali, including CFA 4 billion francs in interest-free loans (as captured by this project) and CFA 27.9 billion francs in a grant (as captured by project ID#30993) to aid in reconstruction efforts, improve Mali's economy, finance joint projects, and provide humanitarian aid (see 'China issues CFA31.9billion for Mali\'s reconstruction' and 'Mali : le grand ami chinois débloque 31,9 milliards de franc CFA').
