Chinese Government provides RMB 50 million grant — via ETCA — for unspecified projects (linked to #32022, #32037, #32040)

During Chinese President Jiang Zemin’s visit to Cambodia in November 2000, the Chinese Government and the Government of Cambodia signed at least six agreements, of which one was an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA) to give 100 million yuan assistance to Cambodia. Among this 100 million yuan assistance, 50 million yuan was a grant (as captured in this project), and the remaining 50 million yuan was from an interest-free loan (as captured in linked ProjectID#32022).
