Description

On November 13, 2010, Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao announced that China will launch a series of measures between 2010 and 2013 to help boost the development of less-developed Portuguese-speaking countries. China will provide government-sponsored scholarships, lasting for one year, to 1,000 students in these countries, which includes Guinea Bissau.
