Staff comments

1. Source IDs #190716 and #194694 state that the donation was given by the Chinese embassy. Although, Source ID #194693 mentions that the Chinese embassy entrusted some Chinese companies working on the HSR, to donate the materials to the schools and mosques. Given that the ambassador attended and gave a speech at the ceremony virtually, it may be that the donation was funded by the Embassy but handed out by the various companies working on the High Speed Railway.
