Project narrative

In October 2018, during a visit to Queenstown by a delegation from the Hangzhou Municipal People's Government, Hangzhou Vice Mayor Chen Weiqiang presented a printed scroll to Queenstown Mayor Jim Boult, donating it to the Queenstown Lakes District Council. The financial value of the gift is unknown.
