On August 2, 2013, the Bank of Communications (UK) Limited (BoComm UK) issued a facility letter to Greens Power Limited (GPL) and Greens Combustion Limited — two England and Wales-incorporated companies held by Greens Power Holdings Limited that design and manufactures economizers, waste heat boilers, owned by by Cayman Islands-incorporated Greens Holding Limited — in which it offered to provide facilities to Greens Power for unspecified purposes. The borrowers accepted the terms on August 15, 2013.
