Project narrative

Prior to August 2010, the Bank of China (BOC) participated in a secured syndicated refinancing facilities agreement with Enviro (NZ) Group — a New Zealand waste management company owned by CKI Hutchinson Group — involving senior, hedging, and trade/transactional facilities. HSBC also participated in the refinancing, but other details, including lending information and other members of the syndicate, are unknown.
