Project narrative

On April 16, 2020, the Dalian City Government pledged to donates medical masks to Aomori Prefectural Government for COVID-19 prevention. A shipment of 20,020 arrived in Aomori on April 30, 2020. The financial value of the donation is unknown. Aomori Prefecture signed a "Friendship Economic Exchange Committee Agreement" with Dalian City in December 2004.
