Project narrative

On May 23, 2020, Zhenjiang Provincial Government donated 100,000 CE-certified surgical masks to its German sister city of Mannheim to aid their COVID-19 response. Zhenjiang covered the cost of both the masks and the transportation to Germany. Mannheim said the masks would be distributed to local medical staff. A Mannheim-based construction company that functioned as a branch of China Zhenjiang International Economic-Technical Cooperation Limited (CZICC) supported the donation process.
