Project narrative

On October 31, 2022, the application for Gabon students to study in China on scholarship funding from the Chinese Government went live. This demonstrated a pledge of money for an allotted number of students during the application cycle. The allotted number of students that were to be selected during the Chinese Government Scholarship's 2023-24 application cycle is unknown. On August 15, 2023, the Chinese Embassy in Gabon held a farewell party for Chinese government scholarship students in Gabon for the 2023/2024 academic year.
