Project narrative

On August 23, 2022, the Chinese Embassy provided grant funding to refugee women in Niger. The purpose of the donation is to provide support to women recovering from flooding disasters in Niger. A total of 320 families were affected by the disaster. The monetary value of this donation is unknown. A handover ceremony was held for this donation at the Humanitarian Action and Disaster Treatment Department of Nepal. Jiang Feng, China’s Ambassador to Niger, the Minister of Humanitarian Affairs of Niger, and others attended the ceremony.
