Project narrative

On December 20, 2022, the municipal government of Shanghai donated PKR 21 million to the Pakistani city of Karachi for the rehabilitation of the latter's flood-damaged infrastructure. The Chinese Consul General Li Bijian handed over the donation in the form of a check to the municipal government of Karachi.
