Project narrative

On May 31, 2022, Chinese Consul General in Da Nang Dong Biyou donated educational equipment worth 160 million Vietnamese Dong to the Hue College of Foreign Languages. The purpose of the donation was to help Hue College students learn Chinese. A handover ceremony was held for this donation. Dong Biyou, Consul General in Da Nang, Chen Shimei, Chairman of the Federation of Friendship Organizations of Hue Province, Chen Shimei, Chairman of the Association of Friendship Association of Vietnam and China, and Liao, Chairman of the Board of the University of Foreign Studies of Hui Foreign Studies Lingchuan, President Fan's Hongrong, teachers and students of the Chinese Department attended.
