Project narrative

On September 24, 2022, Deputy Chinese Consul General in Ho Chi Minh City Hao Zhigang donated a multi-media classroom worth 255,000,000 yuan to Lac Hong University in Biên Hòa, Vietnam. The purpose of the donation was to expand educational opportunities for students at Lac Hong University and promote education development. At the same gathering, Hao Zhigang also provided scholarships to 18 college students, each with a total amount of 10 million yuan.
