Project narrative

On August 3, 2022, the Chinese Consul General in Ho Chi Minh City, Wei Huaxiang, donated 290 million Vietnamese Dong to the Bình Thuận Province for pandemic relief support. A ceremony was held for this donation. Wei Huaxiang, Consul General of China in Ho Chi Minh City, Li Junfeng, Chairman of the People's Committee of Ping Soon Province of Vietnam, Wei Xichen, Business Counselor of the Consulate General, and Hu Feixiong, Deputy General Manager of China Southern Power Grid International Company, attended the ceremony.
