Project narrative

On December 12, 2022, the Chinese Embassy donated forensic DNA laboratory equipment to the Government of Timor-Leste. The purpose of the equipment provided is to strengthen criminal investigations in Timor-Leste. Timor-Leste's Minister of Justice, Amaral and the Chief Police, Vincent attended the event. The specific financial value, or quantity of the equipment is unknown.
