Project narrative

On October 28, 2022, the Chinese Embassy in Timor-Leste donated a batch of equipment -- including 2,000 berrets, 1,000 sleeping bags, 100 solar panel lights, and 100 police batons -- worth RMB 500,000 to the National Police of Timor-Leste (PNTL). The handover ceremony took place at Timor Leste National Police Headquarters in Dili.
