On January 28, 2022, the Chinese Embassy in East Timor donated 280 anti-malarial mosquito nets to Bemori village in Dili and the NGO Women in Action (FIAR). The mosquito nets aim to combat the rise in dengue fever and other infectious diseases in East Timor.
