Project narrative

In June 2022, the Chinese Embassy donated AIDS prevention promotional materials to the PNG National AIDS Council. The materials included 1,100 shirts with AIDS prevention slogans. The donation will assist the PNG National AIDS Council in their AIDS prevention publicity campaign during the 2022 general election. The monetary value of this donation is unknown. A handover ceremony was held for this donation. The PNG Minister of Health and the Acting Director-General of the PNG National AIDS Council attended the ceremony and delivered speeches.
