China and Papua New Guinea sign exchange of letters on Phase II of China-aided Juncao Technology and Upland Rice Technology Cooperation (Linked to Record ID#63899)

During the meeting, the two parties signed an exchange of letters on Phase II of the China-Aided Juncao Technology and Upland Rice Technology Cooperation Project to Papua New Guinea.
