In 2011, Bank of China contributed to a $142.2 million syndicated loan to Bernhard Schulte GmbH for the acquisition of three 9,000 TEU ships to be built at the Shanghai Jiangnan Changxing Heavy Industry Shipyard. The syndicate included China Eximbank, whose contribution is captured in Record ID#100692.
