Project narrative

On March 28, 2020, the City of Jinan donated anti-epidemic materials to the city of Daejeon in South Korea. This donation included masks and possibly other COVID supplies. The Mayor of Daejeon, Mr. Heo Tae-chung, issued a statement thanking Jinan. Similar donations were also sent to Suwon, Andong and Gwangju on March 28 (captured in Record IDs#100735, 100737, 100738, respectively).
