Project narrative

On March 28, 2020, the City of Jinan donated anti-epidemic materials to the city of Andong in South Korea. This donation included masks and possibly other COVID supplies. Andong sent a letter thanking the City of Jinan for the donation. Similar donations were also sent to Suwon, Daejeon and Gwangju on March 28 (captured in Record IDs#100735, 100736, 100738, respectively).
