Project narrative

On March 28, 2020, the City of Jinan donated anti-epidemic materials to Gwangju City in South Korea. The mayor of Gwangju City specifically thanked the City of Jinan for masks, although other COVID supplies were possibly included in the donation. Similar donations were also sent to Suwon, Daejeon and Andong on March 28 (captured in Record IDs#100735, 100736, and 100737, respectively).
