Project narrative

On March 20, 2020, the Xiamen Municipal Government donated masks to the cities of Mokpo and Gwangyang in South Korea. The Xiamen Municipal Government donated a total of 10,000 masks to South Korea on this date, and 5,000 of these were allocated to Busan (Record ID#100739). The remaining 5,000 were divided between Mokpo and Gwangyang, although the precise ratio is unknown.
