The purpose of this project was to provide scholarships to Turkish students, organized by the Istanbul Okan University Confucius Institute. 2022 scholarship recipients include students from Özyeğin Üniversitesi, Okan Üniversitesi and Koç University. On October 28, 2022, the Chinese Consulate General in Istanbul announced the 2022-2023 Consul General Scholarships for Turkish students that excel in Chinese. On May 22, 2023, Istanbul Okan University Confucius Institute organized the scholarship ceremony. 29 Students received cash awards.
