Project narrative

On September 2, 2022, the Chinese Embassy in Liberia hosted a held a farewell party for the twelve Liberian students who received the 2022-23 Chinese Government Scholarship. The scholarship is designed to give students the opportunity to study abroad in China. The value of these scholarships is unknown.
