Project narrative

On February 23, 2022, China's 14th medical team in Liberia donated medicine and medical equipment to John F. Kennedy Medical Center in Monrovia, Liberia. The donation included vital signs monitors, fetal heart rate monitors, and light reading films, as well as various essential medicines, Chinese Ambassador to Liberia Ren Yisheng, Commercial Counselor Li Jiang of the Embassy, all members of the medical team, Director Brown of JFK Hospital and some hospital leaders attended the event. The donation was intended to support the Liberian people in combating the COVID-19 pandemic and to continue the ongoing effort to maintain China-Liberia relations.
