On February 1, 2020, Fuzhou City donated 20,000 masks to Gwangyang City in South Korea. The estimated value of this donation is USD 14000. The donation was part of a mutual exchange between the two cities, in which Gwangyang City also provided 3,000 masks to Fuzhou City.
