Project narrative

Between February and March of 2020, China's Dalian City donated 15,000 masks, 1,500 sets of protective clothing, and 10,000 medical gloves to Gwangyang City in South Korea. The project was committed to as of February 1, 2020, but the date of delivery for supplies is unknown. The estimated value of the donation is USD 15700. The project was part of a mutual exchange of support in which Gwangyang City also provided 3,000 masks.
