Project narrative

On or prior to March 18, 2020, China's Shenzhen City donated 110,000 masks to Gwangyang City (Gwangyang-si) in South Korea. Shenzhen City reportedly sent masks to South Korea on March 18, 2020, and the masks for Gwangyang were likely part of this shipment. This donation was part of a mutual exchange in which Gwangyang City provided 20,000 masks and 500 protective clothing sets to Shenzhen City.
