Project narrative

On September 13rd, 2022, the commencement ceremony of the Phase 2 of China's Solar Traffic Signal Project was held in Abuja. The project was financed via a grant from the Chinese government, though the amount and commitment date for the grant is unknown. This follows a feasibility study funded by the Chinese government via ETCA in 2016 (see Record ID#52632).
