In March 2020, Shenzhen City donated quarantine supplies to Busan Metropolitan City. The items were sent on March 18 and received by Busan Metropolitan City on April 3, 2020. The project was implemented through various guilds including the Shenzhen Foreign Affairs Office, the Shenzhen Foundation for International Exchange and Cooperation, and the Shenzhen Social Organization Federation. Busan Metropolitan City sent a letter of gratitude to Shenzhen City on April 6, 2020. Quantity and type of quarantine supplies received is unknown.
