The project was implemented through the Dominican Republic Ministry of Economy, Planning, and Development and applications to the program were required to be submitted by April 1, 2022. Staff comments

Commitment Start date estimated by taking the date of the announcement on the original source and implementation start date by the day which applications to the program were due. All programs had a cost of zero, which indicates some funding from the China Ministry of Commerce, however, it is unclear howe much money running these programs actually costs.
